My 6 week beginners course will teach you how to safely and confidently work with Kettlebells in a fun, structured and motivated class.  Starting off keeping your weights low we will focus heavily on technique and form and will gradually increase the weights and workout as you develop and progress with the exercises.

The benefits to training with Kettlebells include: improved cardio, strength and endurance training, as well as developing your flexibility, balance and co-ordination.  Known as The Ultimate Weight Loss Workout you can expect to lose bodyfat as well as toning up those problem areas, and fast!
